My husband has to drink decafe which I normally find gross. We had some at the Calico Cupboard restaurant and I ,as always had to taste it for him first to make sure it was REALLY decafe . BOY,was I surprised at how good it was. We asked the waitress what the brand was and then talked her into selling us a bag. It is now OUR coffee. THANK YOU!!!!

Our coffee is primarily sold through specialty outlets including PCC Natural foods, many espresso locations and restaurants throughout the Northwest. We did make an effort to distribute through QFC, however, that method of distribution doesn't deliver the freshest coffee. We love to connect to our customers and partner with companies that feel the same way. Sorry for the inconvenience. We are offering cheap (and free for over $30 order) shipping on our website so that it is easy to get great coffee delivered right to your door.

What I want to know is...
WHY isn't your coffee distributed to more store outlets? My wife and I discovered your coffee late one night at the Donut House and fell in love with it immediately. I've had coffee from around the world and yours is one of the finest. I bought it once at QFC and now they don't carry it anymore. They carry a lot of crap coffee, like Newman's and Dunkin' Donuts, but not yours, which is a shame. You really need to be more available to the coffee drinking community! You have the BEST!

I have always been impressed with your coffee's, being a fellow roaster, you are one of the Rosting companies that I look up to! Any chance have you seen Eric Brandt? Trying to locate him...miss his coffee!

Callebaut chocolate really does the job. The Ghiradelli doesn't temper as well and comes out too sugary-candy bar-ish. Hope that makes sense:)

Thank you for this post! I have been making a similar concoction, but I think I will seek out the Callebaut Belgian Bittersweet Chocolate which you recommend. I've always used Ghirardelli bits, and I've been getting inconsistent results as far as taste is concerned. Maybe it's just me? Thanks again.

Providing a spent coffee grounds pick service is wonderful. Our recycling committee is tasked to try and find a local service such and this to pick up spend grounds from our airports, but no luck so far. SEATAC & PDX have made great strides in the coffee grounds recycling. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start for to find this service on the East Coast, particularly in the state of Virginia?

I have never been a coffe drinker untill I discovered the Toody Blend.
This necter of the gods is fantastic as my bi-weekly order is now up to 5lbs and this is just for me!
Thank You for roasting such a wonderful coffee and God Bless the person who came up with the cold brew process

I love the idea of a mobile coffee stand. The "Coffee Cup" was darling, but it wasn't very mobile. I would love to send you my idea for a Covered Wagon mobile coffee station. It could be at fairs, etc. Nostalgia is only a Bay Away!

Every time I tell David Evans one of my goofy ideas, he good-naturedly ignores it!! I love David - and he is my son-in law!

E-mail me if you want to hear my idea. There is a real covered wagon that can be fitted with equipment made by the Amish in Penna.
